We recognised that supermarket shelves were missing quality gourmet sausages, burgers & meatballs that were once only available from boutique butcher shops.
That’s why, in 2012, we established The Gourmet Sausage Company—an Australian family-owned business dedicated to making premium artisan products accessible to everyone.
Every sausage, burger and meatball is carefully handcrafted in small batches, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of flavour, quality and consistency.
We use a traditional coarse grind with 100% premium Australian beef, pork, chicken and lamb to create products with outstanding texture and taste.
