The Gourmet Sausage Company is proudly Australian owned, all our products are made right here, using only Australian Beef, Pork and Chicken as well as purchasing local ingredients wherever we can. All our products we make are 92% and above of Australian ingredients used in making our products and it’s our priority to increase how much we source from Aussie farmers and suppliers.
But no matter where in the world it comes from, we endeavour to use the most ethical and sustainability grown ingredients available to us, in line with our ethical sourcing policy.
